Smt. Nibedita Nayak

Smt. Nibedita Nayak, a passionate and dedicated advocate for Indian arts and culture, stands as a prominent figure in the socio-political sphere of Odisha. She served as the Former Chairperson of Odisha State Social Welfare Board (OSSWB), Former Member, Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) and held other Statutory Posts in the State of Odisha. With over two decades of experience in consulting, public relations, and initiatives focused on gender, youth, and social empowerment, she has consistently driven efforts toward holistic cultural development. A history and public health graduate from Utkal University, Smt. Nayak envisions a world where the richness of Indian classical and tribal art, along with ancient knowledge systems, is preserved and promoted for the benefit of present and future generations.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to blending Jagannath Chetana—a consciousness rooted in the teachings of Lord Jagannath—into everyday life. She actively supports the scientific validation of traditional formulations by Odisha’s vaidyas (healers), aiming for their socio-economic upliftment through recognition and empowerment of these indigenous practices.

Sri Sudam Pradhan

Sri Sudam Pradhan is an internationally acclaimed Sand Artist and Sand Animator, recognized for his remarkable contributions to the field of creative arts. Serving as the Brand Ambassador for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra, Puri, he actively promotes this national mission through the power of visual art. In addition, Mr. Pradhan is a Freelance Artist and a Creative and Advertising Consultant, lending his expertise to various impactful campaigns and projects.
He is also the Secretary of the Sudam Institute of International Sand Art (SIISA), an organization committed to advancing the global reach of sand art and fostering a new generation of artists in this unique medium.

Debendra Barik

Debendra Barik is a celebrated sculptor whose remarkable artistry has graced some of India’s most significant sites. His works can be admired at locations such as the Gopalpur Army Training Centre, the Jain Temple in Gujarat, Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar, Krushi Bhawan, and the Heritage Gate for OTDC in Odisha. Barik’s sculptures embody both technical skill and deep cultural resonance, making him a prominent figure in the field of Indian sculpture.

Kusha Bhuyan

Kusha Bhuyan is a distinguished fine artist known for his captivating landscape paintings and portraiture. His works have garnered attention on both local and international stages, including a prestigious display at the Tokyo Olympics. Currently, he serves as the Secretary of the well-regarded art organization RJSA Art N Culture, where he continues to inspire through his dedication to the arts and cultural exchange.

Saroj Bhuyan

Saroj Bhuyan is a prominent cultural leader with extensive experience in organizing and planning socio-cultural festivals and mobilizing communities, artists, and artisans. His expertise shines through his work in notable events such as Dhanu Yatra, Kathajodi Mahatsov, and the National Dance Festival Ama Mati Ra Kala. Serving as the Secretary of Rumku Jhuma Sanskrutika Anusthan, a pioneering socio-cultural organization, Mr. Bhuyan is also the current Coordinator of Paschima Odisha Kalakar Samukshya, where he actively promotes the cultural heritage and artistic traditions of Odisha, bringing people together in celebration and awareness.
